At the University of Lodz there is the URSD – University Doctoral Students’ Government Council, which represents you in contacts with the Authorities of the University, which integrates and supports you, if necessary. URSD operates for the benefit of young scientists and participates in elaboration of regulations pertaining to this group. Activities of the Doctoral Students’ Government Council are not limited to Lodz, as its members cooperate with similar organisations at international universities and take part in the work of the Polish National Association of Doctoral Candidates.
You can count on the support of URSD in a difficult financial situation, but also when you need funds for individual scientific development, when you organize conferences or trainings.
