It also discusses the principles of setting career goals and methods for operationalising them, facilitating their effective implementation. - Time Management – 4 February 2026
The programme includes methods for task planning, prioritisation, dealing with "time wasters," and building a healthy work-life balance. - Interpersonal Communication in Professional Life – 10 February 2026
How to limit distractions in communication and speak in a way that ensures you are understood correctly? The topic of effective public speaking will also be discussed, particularly in the context of scientific conferences. - Teamwork – 11 February 2026
The training covers the principles of effective teamwork, group roles and strategies for dealing with challenges that naturally arise in teamwork.

Dr Agata Matuszewska-Kubicz – an organisational psychologist, career counsellor, psychosocial skills trainer, PhD degree holder in Economics in the field of management.
