What is Ideathon about?
During the Ideathon Grand Finale, which will be held in the second half of May 2026, the competition participants will work on previously assigned challenges. During their work they will be supported by mentors and coaches. Teams' solutions will be presented to a jury composed of representatives of universities, business partners and local governments. The authors of the best ideas will receive financial prizes totalling approximately PLN 40,000.
The event is preceded by a series of activities to support participants:
- "Design Thinking and Pitching" workshops – how to effectively create and present ideas, work in teams and deliver prototype solutions.
- Teambuilding meeting – participants' integration, getting to know the teams and challenge topics, creative exercises and moderated team games.

Who can participate?
The initiative is intended for students and doctoral students from Łódź universities who want to develop their skills in interdisciplinary teams.
