Temporary Restriction of Access to USOSweb and the Employee Portal

To ensure the security of the University of Lodz’s systems and the data stored within them, we have decided to temporarily restrict access to USOSweb and the Employee Portal. Both services will be accessible only from the University of Lodz internal network.

This decision is preventive in nature. It is related to information about a security vulnerability detected in one of the IT technologies. We are currently verifying whether it may affect our systems and are taking all necessary precautionary measures. The situation is nationwide in scope.

The access restriction is solely a precautionary measure and does not indicate that the security of the University of Lodz’s systems has been compromised.

We would like to apologise for any inconvenience this may cause. Information about the restoration of full access to both services will be provided once the verification process has been completed.
