There's never a dull moment at one of the largest photography festivals in Poland! You'll be helping set up and dismantling exhibitions, supporting festival events and assisting with guest and artist services – and you'll make a ton of fantastic new connections! You'll gain new skills in organising meetings, workshops and side events. You'll have an opportunity to cooperate with the promotional team on distributing informational materials and you'll also have an opportunity to explore your photography skills – you'll be helping with the photographic documentation of events and, of course, supporting social media activities. Volunteering at FotoFestiwal 2026 will give you more than just experience organising an international cultural event – it will also provide you with direct contact with the world of photography and contemporary art, as well as opportunities to meet artists and experts in the photography industry! Volunteering also guarantees admission to all festival events and exhibitions. Don't miss the opportunity to work with a friendly and creative team of people passionate about photography!
Volunteering is also a great opportunity to complete a student internship. Upon completion of the cooperation, those involved will receive references/a certificate of volunteering experience.
How to become a volunteer?
Simply complete the application form by 25 May and wait for detailed organisational information.
FotoFestiwal offers a volunteer contract and personal accident insurance. Each volunteer will receive an ID card guaranteeing admission to festival events.
Requirements: Minors over 16 years of age may volunteer with written consent from a parent or legal guardian.
