The Creation of Asylum: On Shelter and Solidarity for "Unauthorised" Migrants

Place of the event: Online

In the face of increasingly restrictive migration policies, the concept of "asylum" is becoming a key response to the need for protection, shelter and solidarity for migrants without official status. UNIC CityLab, dedicated to cities of refuge, is bringing together researchers, activists and professionals working in the field of migration to explore how political changes, grassroots initiatives and local actions are transforming the concept of asylum in Europe. Join us online on 13 November 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Registration is required.
