How To Apply? Let’s Do It Together – Step by Step
Let’s go together from the form to submitting your application!
Step 1 – Familiarise Yourself with the Regulations
Below you will find all the necessary attachments, including the Award Regulations. Take your time – read them carefully, and once you are ready, we will move on to completing your application together – see Step 2!
Step 2 – Complete the Form
The application for the Rector’s Award must be submitted electronically via the Microsoft Forms platform.
Step 3 – Attach Required Appendix No. 1
The form alone is not enough. You must remember to attach a scan of the signed table presenting your activities or achievements (you will find the Excel file for download below – it is Appendix No. 2 to the Rules and Regulations).
Remember! 31 May 2025 – 30 June 2026 – all the activities and achievements you submit must fall within this timeframe.
Step 4 – Attach Appendix No. 2 And You’re Done!
Another required attachment includes all documents confirming the activities or achievements mentioned in Appendix No. 1. You need to attach them as scans, e.g. certificates, references, diplomas, or confirmations – combined into one PDF file.
This means your application is complete!

Key Dates to Remember! Schedule
- 31 May 2025 – 30 June 2026 – all activities and achievements you submit must fall within this timeframe.
- 1 July 2026 – 6 September 2026 – application call period.
- 6 October 2026 – announcement of results. This is when we will find out which students have been awarded!
- By the end of October 2026 – award payments.
