The "Równe Szanse Równy Rozwój Dla Województwa Łódzkiego" [Equal Opportunities Equal Development for the Lodz Region] project is an opportunity to receive professional assistance, gain knowledge and strengthen one’s position in the academic and social communities. The project is implemented by the Therapeutic Foundation and Instytut Równość i Dostępność Sp. z o.o.
The invitation to participate in the project is addressed to students and doctoral students who:
- are experiencing discrimination due to sexual orientation or gender,
- are residing, studying or working in the Lodz Voivodeship.
Participation in the project is free of charge.
Proposed forms of support
- Anti-discrimination workshops
Led by experienced trainers, these workshops cover current equality and anti-discrimination regulations, anti-discrimination policies in academic and professional environments, and strategies for coping with discrimination and building mental resilience. - Specialised Counselling
Individual consultations tailored to the needs of participants, including: legal assistance in the area of protection against discrimination, psychological and psychiatric support, and sexology consultations.
