On 2 July 2025, the training session "Teamwork in a Professional Environment" will take place, focusing on the development of soft skills related to teamwork. The event is organised for academic and administrative staff, as well as for doctoral candidates at the University of Lodz.

This session aims to familiarize participants with the principles of effective teamwork, focusing on how to work efficiently in a professional context and how to manage challenges and conflicts that may arise in group settings. Participants will also explore individuals' roles during teamwork and how these roles impact group dynamics and success.

This is the final session in our current soft skills training series led by Dr. Agata Matuszewska-Kubicz, organisational psychologist, trainer in psychosocial skills.
