About us
At the Department of Economic Functioning, we conduct research on various aspects of the real economy's functioning, both at the micro and macro levels.
The staff represent a wide range of research areas, from microenterprises and consumers to modelling the operation of the entire economy.
The research areas covered by the Department's staff include:
- macroeconomic modelling,
- economic growth research,
- media economics, particularly the music market,
- analysis of the effects of macroeconomic policy,
- impact of the economy on the environment,
- entrepreneurship and business models,
- labour market.
