How to apply for a residence card from April 27, 2026?
1. Create an account on Epuap: www.epuap.gov.pl using online banking. You should have an account with a Polish bank.
2. Go to the website: mos.cudzoziemcy.gov.pl and log in using Epuap.
3. Complete the residence card application, providing your University of Lodz email address to confirm your student status: mos@uni.lodz.pl.
Submitting an application from April 27, 2026 will only be possible via Epuap.
The application must be submitted no later than two months before the expiry date of your visa or residence card.
The visa application process remains unchanged.
